Tessitura Carlo Papis is a textile company that produces jacquard and plain fabrics. It was founded in 1947 by Carlo Papis in Uggiate Trevano, in the province of Como.

The company produces both raw and yarn dyed fabrics, primarily for the high-end of the fashion industry, in both the clothing and accessory sectors.

There are various types of fibres used: silk, which represents the cultural heritage of the company, natural fibres, as well as artificial and synthetic.

Equipped with its own warping apparatus and designers, Tessitura Papis aims to form a partnership with its clients, in order to create with them a unique and highly customized product, guaranteeing the necessary discretion to enter the market with custom-made goods.
